Plain and simple: what we collect, why, and who sees it.
What we collect
We collect information only when you give it to us: when you send the tour or contact form, or when you enroll a child in enrichment classes. That can include your name, email address, phone number and mailing address, your child’s name, date of birth and grade, emergency contacts and people allowed to pick your child up, and any allergy or health notes you choose to share so we can keep your child safe.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and arrange tours
- To enroll your child, keep class lists and contact you about classes and payment
- To keep your child safe in class (allergies, health notes, pickup permissions)
- To improve our website and our service to families
We do not sell, trade or give your information to anyone outside the school, except when we are required to by law or need to share it to keep a child safe.
Photos
We share photos of children on this website and our social media only with a parent’s permission (the photo release on our enrollment forms). If you’d like a photo of your child removed, email us and we will take it down.
The email address you give us is used to reply to you and to send information about your child’s classes. You can ask us to stop at any time.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If you sign in to manage the site, WordPress sets the cookies it needs to keep you signed in.
Third-party links
Our site links to other sites, such as Facebook, Instagram, Google and maps. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for what they do.
Children
This website is for parents and guardians. Children should not send us information through the website; a parent or guardian completes every form.
